TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Company Information
Azure Property Services is a premium digital platform operated by Wunder Global FZ-LLC. We connect independent service seekers (Clients) with independent professional service providers (Partners) in Mauritius. Azure does not provide cleaning or maintenance services.
2. Booking & Payment
All service requests must be processed through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the professional's availability. All prices are displayed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).
3. Service Scope
Services are delivered according to the selected service package. Tasks not included in the selected package may not be performed unless previously agreed through the platform.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
• Safe and timely access to the property.
• Necessary utilities such as water and electricity are available.
• Accurate information about the property condition is provided during booking.
• Any hazards or special conditions are disclosed in advance.
5. Property Condition
Independent Partners expect the property to be in standard livable condition. If unsafe or hazardous conditions are identified, the Partner may refuse or limit the service.
6. Professional Arrival & Grace Period
Arrival Window: Due to unpredictable factors such as traffic, all bookings are subject to a 30-minute arrival window.
Validity of Service: Arrival within this grace period does not constitute a breach of contract.
Full Service Duration: The professional will perform the full duration of the service hours purchased, regardless of the arrival time within the grace period.
7. Estimated Service Duration
Service durations are estimates based on typical property conditions. Actual time may vary depending on the property’s complexity.
8. Cancellations
More than 24h notice: Eligible for a full refund.
Less than 24h notice: Non-refundable, as the professional's schedule was locked.
9. Access Failure (No-Show)
If the professional arrives and cannot gain access, the session will be considered a "No-Show". After a reasonable waiting period, the service is deemed completed and non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
Azure Property Services operates solely as a facilitator. We are not liable for the conduct of independent professionals, pre-existing damages, or undisclosed property issues. Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
11. Independent Status
Professionals found through Azure are independent contractors. There is no employer-employee relationship between Wunder Global FZ-LLC and the service providers.
12. Modifications & Right to Refuse
Azure reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We and our Partners reserve the right to refuse service if safety risks or illegal activities are present.
