REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable, as the independent professional’s availability was locked for your request.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time can be made free of charge, subject to the availability of independent professionals.
Requests made within 24 hours are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. A rescheduling fee may apply to compensate the professional for the change in schedule.

3. No-Show & Access Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the independent professional can access the property at the scheduled time.
If access is not provided within a reasonable grace period upon arrival, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show".
In such cases, the service is deemed completed and non-refundable to compensate the professional for their displacement and lost time.

4. Service Adjustments

If the property condition or size differs significantly from the information provided during booking, additional time or charges may be required to complete the request. Any adjustments must be approved through the Azure platform. Payments made directly to service providers on-site are strictly prohibited and not recognized by Azure.

5. Service Satisfaction & Quality

As a platform, Azure facilitates connections with independent professionals. If you are not satisfied with the service outcome, you must contact us within 4 hours of completion with clear photo evidence.
Complaints are reviewed case-by-case to facilitate a resolution between the client and the professional.
Resolutions may include a service revisit by the professional or a partial platform credit.

6. Payments

All payments must be made exclusively through the Azure Property Services platform. Azure is not responsible for any financial transactions or agreements made outside the platform.

7. Property Conditions & Safety

Independent professionals reserve the right to refuse or limit services if the property presents risks to safety or health, including extreme unsanitary conditions, pest infestations, or hazardous materials. In these cases, the platform fee remains non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Azure Property Services operates as a facilitator connecting clients with independent service providers. While we vet professionals for quality, we do not provide the services directly and cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the platform booking.

9. Force Majeure

Azure and its independent partners shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather (cyclones), natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled for the next available date.
